Alison Galvan instructs the following:
  • Reps & Row
  • The best of both worlds. High intensity rowing intervals mixed with body sculpting strength. We will spend half the class on the rower and half the class using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight to move through strength, balance, and flexibility.

  • Warm Yoga Flow
  • Link breath to movement as you flow from pose to pose. Yoga Flow is the perfect balance of work and relaxation. Options, modifications, and adjustments will be given for all levels to feel strong and successful. Each instructor will bring their own style and personality to class.
     
    Room will be heated between 72 and 78 degrees.

  • LIT HIIT
  • This class uses the HIIT method (High Intensity Interval Training), while keeping exercises LIT (Low Impact Training). Our Minimal Impact, Maximum intensity exercises using the BOSU Balance Trainer, WaterRower, and more create a combination sure to be LIT!

  • Yoga Strong
  • Combining the best of both worlds, yoga plus kettlebells. Begin class with a yoga flow style warm-up and sun salutations. Followed by empowering kettlebell movements first explained one-by-one, then linked together to flow. Finish class with a yoga chill style stretch and relaxation. Some kettlebell experience is helpful but not required.

  • Row + Core
  • Fast-paced and engaging from the first minute, Row + Core is the perfect calorie burn. Rowing through various tempo intervals - including sprints and power strokes - and incorporating segments of core work will keep your heart pumping and body working in all the right ways.   • X-Strength
  • Total body strength with a focus on gradually advancing each exercise. Kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and more may be used in this class.
