PoweRow

Combining the use of WaterRowers, TRX Suspension Trainers and Kettlebells, you will challenge your entire body through waves of cardio on the rower and interval-style low-impact strength training exercises, topped off with a timed AMRAP to finish off your workout!

TRX & Flex

This total body strength-based conditioning class incorporates the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, and your own body weight. A generous dose of strength mixed with explosive cardio will leave you feeling sweaty and strong.

Reps & Row

The best of both worlds. High intensity rowing intervals are mixed with body sculpting strength exercises using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight for the ultimate class to challenge your strength and cardio.

Tap into your inner athlete with this high-intensity, fast-paced class that will challenge your speed, agility, power and more. Designed to improve your overall athletic performance, this class incorporates the use of various pieces of equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls and the BOSU to name a few.

LIT HIIT

Combining the use of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low impact training (LIT), this heart pounding, calorie burning workout incorporates sprints on the WaterRower along with exercises using the BOSU Balance Trainer, Kettlebells and your own body weight to get maximum results.

X-Strength

Total body strength with a focus on gradually advancing each exercise. Kettlebells and body weight are the main focus of this class.

Fast paced and engaging, Row & Core is a low-impact, cardio and core-focused rowing class that will challenge your endurance, build your core strength and torch those calories. Between bouts on the WaterRower and intervals focusing on ab strength, this class is the perfect mix of targeted strength and conditioning.
