Miranda Puente instructs the following:
  • Athlet-X
  • Energy Athlet-X will tap into your inner athlete!
    This high intensity, fast paced class will use battle ropes, slam balls, WaterRowers, and more! 

  • Yoga Strong
  • Combining the best of both worlds, yoga plus kettlebells. Begin class with a yoga flow style warm-up and sun salutations. Followed by empowering kettlebell movements first explained one-by-one, then linked together to flow. Finish class with a yoga chill style stretch and relaxation. Some kettlebell experience is helpful but not required.

  • TRX & Flex
  • TRX & Flex is 45 minutes of total body conditioning using the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, and your own body weight. A generous dose of strength mixed with explosive cardio will leave you sweaty and strong. 

  • Yoga Flow
  • Link breath to movement as you flow from pose to pose. Yoga Flow is the perfect balance of work and relaxation. Options, modifications, and adjustments will be given for all levels to feel strong and successful. Each instructor will bring their own style and personality to class.

  • Yoga Chill
  • Relax and chill out in this slower paced yoga class. While each instructor will bring their own style, you can expect slower movements, lots of stretching, Zen vibes, and an indulgent final relaxation. All levels are welcome.
