Xccelerate
Xccelerate your workouts at EnergyX. Our Xccelerate series classes will teach you progressed exercises, advanced movements, and provide the opportunity to take your skills to the next level.
Prerequisite: Xccelerate series requires that you have consistently participated in EnergyX classes for at least one month. More specially, TRX & Flex and XStrength classes.

X-Strength
Total body strength with a focus on gradually advancing each exercise. Kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and more may be used in this class.

TRX & Flex
TRX & Flex is 45 minutes of total body conditioning using the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, and your own body weight. A generous dose of strength mixed with explosive cardio will leave you sweaty and strong.

LIT HIIT
This class uses the HIIT method (High Intensity Interval Training), while keeping exercises LIT (Low Impact Training). Our Minimal Impact, Maximum intensity exercises using the BOSU Balance Trainer, WaterRower, and more create a combination sure to be LIT!
