Warm Yoga Flow
Link breath to movement as you flow from pose to pose. Yoga Flow is the perfect balance of work and relaxation. Options, modifications, and adjustments will be given for all levels to feel strong and successful. Each instructor will bring their own style and personality to class.
Room will be heated between 72 and 78 degrees.

X-Strength
Total body strength with a focus on gradually advancing each exercise. Kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and more may be used in this class.

Yoga Strong
Combining the best of both worlds, yoga plus kettlebells. Begin class with a yoga flow style warm-up and sun salutations. Followed by empowering kettlebell movements first explained one-by-one, then linked together to flow. Finish class with a yoga chill style stretch and relaxation. Some kettlebell experience is helpful but not required.
